on Corporate Transparency and Work on Fundamental Human Rights and Decent Working Conditions
(Transparency
Act)
in
our business.
Introduction
Hav Line Gruppen AS and it's Norwegian subsidiaries ("Hav Line") is a fish logistic company owned by
Haugland
Gruppen AS and
Trient AS. Our core business is the transport and slaughter of farmed fish.
Hav Line takes our corporate social responsibility seriously and is in the process of implementing
the
Act on Corporate Transparency and Work on Fundamental Human Rights and Decent Working Conditions
(Transparency Act) in our business. The work on due diligence assessments has been initiated, but
like
most
Norwegian companies, it is an ongoing process. This is the first report prepared based on the
requirements
of the Transparency Act. In this report, we provide an overview of the methodology and preliminary
assessments.
Hav Line is committed to promoting and respecting human rights and decent working conditions. This
commitment will be incorporated into ethical guidelines and procurement policies as they are
established.

with the law and their efforts to prevent human rights violations.
